For a better experience while using our Service, we require you to provide us your name and email address at registration. Google Analytics

When someone visits https://metrolla.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. Hotjar

We use hotjar to give us insight to how users use the platform. We will never view any text, passwords or emails. however we may record mouse location, video of a session(with automatic obscuring of text, passwords and emails), and other user actions. Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our monthly newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about updates in our product; to share the latest posts from our blog regarding related content. We use a third-party provider to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Metrolla Inc. uses SSL/TLS (standard secure communication over a computer network) for protecting the traffic to our app. All information about your user and activity  is stored in AWS RDS with Postgres. We use CloudFlare to implement SSL/TLS certificates, so all data transmitted from the client to the servers is encrypted. AWS uses two factor authentication for system administrators. All users have encrypted passwords using PBKDF2 provided by the Django web framework as a standard. In case of a data leak incident we will contact everyone that got it's data exposed and the supervisory authority as well.
